We want you and your little creators to be completely happy with your Hey Clay sets. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure that your Hey Clay kit is in its original, sealed packaging and was purchased directly from our official online store within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Send an email to our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container and send them back to us using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
